“Language of Spirit – Stories of Healing:
The Direct Experience of Shamanism” <span style="text-decoration:underline;"
With Theodore Tsaousidis
As a child, Theodore’s relationship with the spirit world was natural and effortless. As he became an adult, he began to realize that this ease of relating was alien to most people. In fact, there appeared a total disconnect, not only to the spirit world but also to the mundane world around them. To Theodore, this was a great tragedy. As he questioned what prevents others from seeing both worlds, he saw that it was our conditioning, our wounds, and our brokenness and yet within this suffering was an innate longing for connection to spirit and healing. He realized that others could awaken to see both worlds too, for in reality the energy of one world is really no different then the energy of the other. We are all connected within one world of subtle and gross energies.
The longing for healing not only happens in the relative world, but it also exists in the spirit world. In Theodore’s experience, he finds that we bring our state of mind, our blindness, to both worlds whether we still have a physical body or a finer ethereal form. What do these two worlds look like? How do we begin to see, and how do we live in these two worlds? How do we heal the illness of the mind in spirit and in matter? Join us this evening as Theodore explores these questions.
Information will also be provided about the upcoming three-day healing retreat on September 18-20th 2009 at Sarana Springs (near Chatsworth)
