Theodore Tsaousidis has been practicing meditation and psycho-spiritual healing for the past thirty years. Born in a rural community in Greece and immersed in a tradition of village healers, he has always been innately connected with nature and spirit. His work encompasses traditional healing practices including those in the Tibetan Vajrayana (Shamanism) tradition. Since 1983, he has been a formal student of Zen. Theodore offers meditation and healing workshops and retreats in the Owen Sound and Toronto areas. He is also a facilitator of “Awakening the Dreamer Symposiums”. Theodore is blessed to be a student of Sensei Sunyana Graef, his foundational and meditation teacher and Zasep Tulku Rinpoche, who guides him in Tibetan healing traditions.
