In this talk, Theodore will discuss the nature of stress and our relationship to food and how food affects our emotional,mental and physical health. Mindfulness techniques will be shared in dealing with this stress and pain in our lives. The talk is based on a lifetime study of nutrition and holistic wellness and the work being done in the area of health using MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). Theodore also shares from the standpoint of 30 years of meditation practice and his own human condition. The sharing will continue based on his previous talks on food and mindfulness. For those interested, information will be given about participating in the next Six-part Mindfulness Meditation/MBSR workshop with Theodore Tsaousidis and Adele Brown. The start date for the next workshop is Sept. 8th.
