In this talk, Theodore will discuss the nature of stress and our relationship to food and how food affects our mental and physical health. Basic mindfulness techniques will be shared in dealing with this stress and pain in our lives. The talk is based on the work being done in the area of health using MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) techniques.
Theodore also will share from the standpoint of 30 years of meditation practice and his own human condition. The sharing will continue based on his previous talks. Information will be given for those who are interested in participating in the next Six-part Mindfulness Meditation/MBSR workshop with Theodore Tsaousidis and Adele Brown.
