A Mindfulness Meditation 3-day silent work retreat.
Who should attend: This retreat is for people who have some experience in meditation and wish to bring their meditation into daily living.
When: The retreat will start Friday May 10th at 7:00 PM and finish at 2:00 PM on Sunday May 12th. (One may apply for partial retreat participation.)
Cost: The retreat is by donation. All meals will be provide.

Structure of Retreat: The retreat will consist of sitting and walking meditation and work practice. Formal meditation practice will be held in the morning and in the evening. The evening meditation will include guidance and teachings. Work practice will consist of tree planting, constructing raised beds for food production and creating garden paths.
